Data processing is handled by the team behind Create The New World in its early stage. You can contact us at any time about your privacy by writing to contact@createthenew.world.

We only collect the information needed to provide the service:

• Registration information: Name or pseudonym, email address and encrypted password (kept securely in our Supabase database).
• Profile and project content: The information you choose to publish (project descriptions, needs, offers, external links and city or region).
• Reports and interaction: Information you send us when you report content or contact support.
• Minimal technical data: Standard server logs needed to keep the site secure and prevent abuse (such as the IP address during use, handled through Cloudflare).

We use your information strictly to:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Publish your projects and profile as you instruct inside the platform.
• Review projects manually to prevent fraud, harassment or unlawful content.
• Answer your support requests and handle reports.
• Tell you about important changes to the service or to these terms.

• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We do not build analytic profiles for advertising or commercial purposes.
• We do not share your email address publicly on the platform or with other users without your express permission.

To keep the platform running we use trusted technical infrastructure services:

• Supabase: For user authentication and secure database storage.
• Cloudflare: For network protection, security against cyber attacks and fast delivery of files and images.
• Lovable: As the development environment and hosting for the web application.

These providers only process the information needed to give the required technical support, under strict security standards.

To look after projects working with vulnerable people or communities at risk:

• Never ask for or publish exact addresses in public descriptions.
• We only allow and store a general city or region.

You have the right to:

• Access: Know what data we hold about you.
• Rectify: Edit your profile information directly from your account settings.
• Erase (right to be forgotten): Ask for the full deletion of your account and associated data by writing to contact@createthenew.world.
• Portability: Ask for a copy of the information you have provided.

We will update this policy when we add new features or when we establish our formal legal form. We will tell you in advance if the changes affect how we handle your personal data.
